At 8PM, our ceremony will commence as we gather in a circle. Together, we'll work with tea as plant medicine, served through Tara Benmeleh, while Sharon Aluma creates an immersive atmosphere with transcendental sounds.

About Tea and Tara:
Tea ceremony — called “cha do” in Chinese or ‘The Way Of Tea’ — combines elements of artistry, spirituality, and connection, providing a gateway to a deeper understanding of oneself and the universe. While not classified as a psychedelic, tea has been recognized for its medicinal and psychoactive properties, making it a potent catalyst for personal growth and mindfulness.
Tara Benmeleh, a practitioner and guide in the world of tea ceremonies, offers a unique and transformative experience through her work. About Sound and Sharon:
Sound Sound is a therapeutic practice that harnesses the power of vibrations elevate your conciseness, feel your body, transmute energy and find renewal. Through the use of various instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and even the human voice, sound creates harmonic frequencies that resonate with our bodies and energy systems.
Sharon Aluma Sharon’s parents instilled art, philosophy, and self development throughout her childhood. At 11 years old she began studying with the painter, Peter Olsen. At the age of 18 Sharon found yoga and through twenty three years she dedicated her time to teaching and studying yoga, energy medicine practices, sound and ceremony. This inspired her new artistic output. “I used to paint still life’s and landscapes, now I paint the ‘inner landscapes’ sourced from my meditative practices“
